The board of directors consists of a group of outstanding individuals with exceptional accomplishments. As movers and shakers in the industries they represent, they provide directional advice to further absolute's security leadership in the security as a Service industry.

Mr. Peter Chege Nduati - Chairman of the Board

A master's degree holder in Economics and Insurance. Peter Nduati is a chartered insurer with over 20 years experience in the Kenyan Insurance Industry. He is currently involved in his doctorate programme focusing in Entrepreneurship in Kenya targeting completion in 2011. Formerly CEO of Metropolitan Heath Group, a South African Health insurance group and was Managing Director of AAR Health Services Tanzania. He is also a director of First Benefits Ltd, Pine Creek Holdings and Brown Oak Ltd an investment holding company. He also sits on the boards of Absolute Security Ltd, and board of governors of Dagoretti High School.

Mr. Sadik Makii – Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Sadik Makii started Absolute Security Limited in March 2008. He has close to 20 years of experience in the security industry having served in Senior Management at major security companies in Kenya. His specialty is in Technical Security Solutions. He is a holder of higher diploma in Electronic Engineering and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), RISCO Systems, DSC, C&K, and Texecom Certified Installer. He is also a director of Nexus Empowerment limited and All State Insurance limited

Mr. Joseph Musyoka – Finance Director

Mr. Musyoka is in charge of the accounts department. He has previously worked in the security industry in both Uganda and Kenya. He is adept in all aspects of accounts management, financial reporting, budgeting and procurement. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Key Staff

Ms. Michelle Ger – Administration Manager

Michelle joined the company in 2008, having gained experience from various security firms.  With over five years of experience and proficiency in managing office activities, she is responsible for developing departmental plans and implementing procedures to improve company productivity.  Ms. Ger also provides direction and leadership in the areas of recruitment, training and development.

Mr. Evans Onyari – Operations Manager

Evans Onyari is part of the management team and is in charge of the guarding and operations department. With over 15 years in the security industry, he brings a wealth of experience to the company. He has worked at the ground level as a backup crew commander, and in the control room at the level of Senior Controller in charge of guard deployments and backup response.

Moses Ndale - Installations Manager

Moses Ndale is a National Diploma holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Railways Training Institute.
Prior to joining absolute he worked other leading Security companies for over 4 years.

Moses has extensive hands on experience in the installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, Access control, CCTV, Fire systems and solar panels.
He worked with HF Fire as an installations Technician where further Fire equipment experience was gained. Syris access control, Merit Lilin, Risco systems, C&K, DSC, Texecom, Menvier fire panels.
